People Operations Senior Analyst
Supports and configures UKG Pro for People Operations, building reports, managing tickets, maintaining HR modules, and protecting data integrity. The role requires 3–5 years of UKG Pro experience, strong reporting and configuration skills, and clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert for the People Operations team, handling requests, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely support.
- Manage and triage People Systems requests through Jira, prioritizing, tracking, and resolving tickets with clear stakeholder communication.
- Build, maintain, and enhance UKG Pro reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and business leaders.
- Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules, including core HR, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling.
- Document system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards.
- Partner with People Operations to identify recurring issues and address root causes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience.
- Strong proficiency in report building with Cognos or UKG Reporting.
- Experience with UKG Pro system configuration.
- Experience managing requests through a ticketing system; Jira or similar preferred.
- Customer-first mindset with responsive, clear, and patient stakeholder support.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity experience; SOX audit controls preferred.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
