Senior People Business Partner
The Senior People Business Partner will serve as Datadog’s primary People contact in Latin America, advising GTM leadership and employees on strategic and operational HR matters. The role requires 8+ years of HRBP experience, strong employee-relations and analytical skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities
- Act as the sole in-region People Business Partner in LATAM and provide on-the-ground support across the region.
- Partner with employees and leadership on performance management, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, compensation, organizational development and scaling, training, culture, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Partner remotely with departmental People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and People leadership across time zones.
- Consult with Centers of Excellence on program design and employee experience improvements.
- Build, advise on, and consult on People policies, guidelines, and programs.
- Provide analysis and consulting to support data-driven people decisions and best-practice implementation.
- Assess employee development needs, recommend solutions, and implement them in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Handle complex global employee relations issues and work with leadership on best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related global HR role, preferably in fast-growing technology companies.
- Experience adapting between strategic program implementation and day-to-day business needs.
- Experience serving as the sole or lead People partner for a region or business.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and build structure as priorities evolve.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with HRIS platforms. Workday experience is a bonus.
- Experience partnering across business functions and with senior leadership; GTM business partnership experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent project management, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience with employee relations and knowledge of global employment practices.
- Business-level Portuguese and English fluency required; business-level Spanish strongly preferred.
