Responsibilities
- Architect and execute price optimization models using price elasticity, competitive differentiation, and financial analysis.
- Lead product-led growth (PLG) and self-service monetization strategies in partnership with Growth Marketing, Self-service Sales, Console Engineering, and Finance.
- Design, optimize, and scale pricing analytics dashboards and operational workflows.
- Query and analyze sales, customer behavior, product usage, and financial datasets to identify revenue opportunities and test hypotheses.
- Coordinate across GTM Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to execute pricing initiatives.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable business impact.
- Translate complex pricing concepts into persuasive narratives for peers and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years owning consumption-based pricing and monetization strategies.
- Experience in IaaS, PaaS, or developer-focused B2C/product-led growth ecosystems.
- Advanced financial modeling and monetization framework development.
- 3+ years building analytics dashboards in Tableau or Looker.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
Nice to Have
- Platform-level, multi-product pricing strategy experience for developer-focused B2C or PLG ecosystems.
- Experience operationalizing executive-facing Tableau or Looker dashboards.
- Familiarity with global pricing, multi-currency strategies, localization, and regulatory constraints.
- Consulting experience, an MBA, or an advanced quantitative degree.
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated annual pay ranges vary by eligible location: $141,520–$176,900; $149,840–$187,300; or $166,400–$208,000.
- May be eligible for equity and a corporate bonus plan.
