Responsibilities
- Build operating rhythms, reviews, and forums that keep the Pro organization aligned on priorities.
- Lead cross-functional projects critical to Pro’s success.
- Support leadership decision-making by framing issues, tracking KPIs, and surfacing gaps or risks.
- Maintain systems for reporting, business reviews, roadmap coordination, and cross-team initiatives.
- Scope and stand up initiatives across Spot, Margin, Derivatives, or Infrastructure from concept through initial execution.
- Create executive updates, all-hands materials, and strategic memos.
- Triage inbound requests and ensure follow-through.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable improvements.
- Use business intelligence and data to support product managers and leadership.
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to improve product experience.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in business operations, product operations, strategy, consulting, or similar roles, with measurable impact.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from 0 to 1.
- Ability to interpret dashboards, KPIs, and financial or operational metrics.
- Excellent communication skills across executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Self-directed and able to create structure and roadmaps in ambiguous environments.
- Experience collaborating across product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing.
- Interest in accelerating financial freedom and inclusion through crypto.
