Engineering Manager - Experimentation
Leads and develops a distributed team of engineers building a commercial experimentation SaaS platform. The role combines people management, product and technical strategy, delivery ownership, and occasional hands-on engineering.

Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop the careers of a team of engineers.
- Maintain a strong team culture and help engineers thrive and grow.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidelines to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Promote creativity, collaboration, and courage within the team.
- Partner with product managers on prioritization and product vision.
- Support the engineering team and collaborate with Staff Engineers on technical strategy.
- Ensure high-quality product deliveries.
- Perform hands-on engineering work when needed.
Requirements
- Experience developing people and cultivating a strong engineering culture in an agile environment.
- Experience collaborating on and developing scalable distributed systems serving millions of users.
- Experience with data warehouses and data processing at scale.
- Experience working on commercial SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience taking features from zero to one.
- Senior individual contributor experience with strong people skills and leadership experience.
- Passion for software engineering best practices and large-scale technical problems.
- High standards for product quality.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve work effectiveness.
Work Arrangement
- Based in Stockholm, Sweden.
- Hybrid arrangement with flexibility to work from home.
- Expected to work in person three times per week.
