Responsibilities
Deal Pricing Execution
- Manage day-to-day pricing calculations for Enterprise deals, including ROI modeling and EPD staffing inputs.
- Apply pricing frameworks across Land, Expansion, and Framework deals.
- Design customer-specific structures for non-standard or complex deals with the Deal Desk Manager.
Pricing and Deal Status Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking deal status, pricing, margin, and deal health across the Enterprise pipeline.
- Update pricing and trend reports for leadership.
Process Optimization
- Identify deal review and approval bottlenecks and propose ways to reduce cycle time.
- Standardize recurring pricing and approval steps into repeatable workflows.
- Track approval cycle time and surface process-improvement trends.
Cross-Functional Deal Coordination
- Own deal crafting from initial pricing and modeling through contract review.
- Coordinate with sales management, representatives, Accounting, Finance, EPD, and Legal.
- Route deal packages to appropriate reviewers and track open approval items.
Strategic and GTM Support
- Analyze ambiguous go-to-market questions and develop measurable solutions.
- Support quarterly strategy and planning, including forecasting and P&L analysis.
- Help execute initiatives involving pricing strategy, deal modeling, proposal creation, and value engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, deal desk, sales operations, management consulting, or a high-growth startup.
- Strong data analysis, first-principles thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building processes and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to build effective relationships across functions and seniority levels.
- Interest in sales, deals, and commercial transactions.
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
- Strong financial modeling skills and high attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with B2B sales organizations and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Familiarity with Tableau and SQL.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range of $104,000–$130,000 USD.
- Eligible roles may include equity and benefits.
