Responsibilities
- Design and execute go-to-market programs with a major cloud partner to drive enterprise customer acquisition.
- Develop joint marketing campaigns for C-suite and senior enterprise decision-makers.
- Create partner messaging frameworks and enablement materials, including pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, and demo scripts.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and events teams.
- Establish joint business planning processes, quarterly plans, campaign calendars, and success metrics.
- Partner with sales teams on priority accounts and account-based marketing strategies.
- Measure partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, campaign ROI, and other performance metrics.
- Represent the company at partner events, executive briefings, and industry conferences.
- Build scalable partner marketing processes and playbooks.
Requirements
- Deep experience building and executing partner marketing programs with hyperscaler partners.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and C-level marketing.
- Ability to develop joint value propositions focused on business outcomes.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across organizations.
- Strong relationship-building skills with partner marketing and sales teams.
- Excellent organization, written communication, verbal communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Data-driven approach to marketing measurement and program optimization.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to work from the San Francisco or Seattle office at least two days per week; Seattle-based employees travel to San Francisco monthly.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner meetings and events.

- AI/ML industry or AI-powered product marketing experience.
- B2B SaaS partner marketing experience, especially with developer tools, data platforms, or enterprise software.
- Experience with AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, or Azure Marketplace.
- Experience launching and scaling partner programs from the ground up.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences and business decision-makers.
- Understanding of enterprise AI use cases across industries and functions.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and partner relationship management tools.

Compensation
- Annual compensation range: $255,000–$320,000 USD.
