Responsibilities

  • Define and own OnePay’s partnerships strategy, identifying, prioritizing, and structuring brand, distribution, and cultural partnerships.
  • Lead negotiation and execution of partnership agreements from outreach through deal structuring, contracting, and launch.
  • Build relationships with brands, media, and cultural institutions to extend reach and relevance.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring measurable value for OnePay, customers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Executive teams to execute partnerships.
  • Analyze partnership performance and use data to inform investment decisions, renewals, and partner selection.
  • Build AI-native strategies for partner research, outreach, and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, or business development in a B2C or fintech environment.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-impact brand or distribution partnerships.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, including partnership ROI and business-impact evaluation.
  • Sharp cultural instinct and the ability to identify partners and moments that build brand relevance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • AI fluency in daily workflows.
  • Drive and proactivity.
