Build and lead RentSpree’s partner marketing function, creating co-marketing programs, partner acquisition and ABM motions, association-channel initiatives, and advisory programs. Responsibilities
- Build RentSpree’s partner co-marketing program from the ground up, including tiered packages, partner economics, co-op or MDF allocation, joint activity, and activation measurement.
- Negotiate marketing terms in partner agreements, including member-level data, channel access, reporting rights, and standardized data intake.
- Own partner acquisition and account-based marketing across MLSs, brokerages, proptech platforms, and apartment associations.
- Lead thought leadership, an annual original-data industry report, trade press, and event presence at industry conferences.
- Develop co-branded member education, continuing-education calendars, newsletters, trade shows, and other association-channel programs.
- Establish a partner advisory board and develop case studies, testimonials, and reference programs.
- Create partner-ready social kits, member spotlight videos, co-branded assets, and physical marketing materials.
- Use AI and agentic workflows to scale research, personalization, content production, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Business Development, Success, event marketing, product marketing, and growth operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner, channel, or account-based marketing.
- Experience building programs involving tiering, MDF or co-op economics, budget allocation, and partner activation.
- Executive presence with MLS, association, brokerage, or other ecosystem partners.
- Commercial and contract experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Legal.
- Experience running ABM against a defined, high-value account list.
- Track record of converting partner channels into measurable pipeline and adoption.
- Deep knowledge of growth metrics, including AARRR, LTV/CAC, and funnel optimization.
- Comfort translating incomplete data into clear action.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and agentic workflows for research, personalization, and operations.
