Responsibilities
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of priority Global System Integrator (GSI) relationships.
- Build multi-year joint business plans and executive relationships that drive measurable pipeline, consumption, and customer outcomes.
- Drive internal adoption, practitioner enablement, and appropriate managed-service offerings within GSIs.
- Align Temporal sellers with GSI account, industry, and practice teams; map strategic accounts; source and shape joint opportunities; and orchestrate co-sell execution through close.
- Create repeatable routes for GSIs to resell, package, deliver, and operate Temporal within broader transformation programs and managed services.
- Develop joint go-to-market and solution plays for priority use cases and industries with Technical Services, Product, and Marketing.
- Navigate matrixed GSI organizations, build executive sponsorship, activate field teams, and represent partner needs internally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Establish operating cadences covering pipeline inspection, joint account planning, enablement, practitioner goals, project delivery, and business reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, enterprise sales, and/or business development.
- Significant direct ownership of one or more top-tier GSI relationships.
- Track record of turning GSI relationships into sourcing engines.
- Experience building and executing sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions with large GSIs, including internal adoption or managed offerings, field co-sell, resale, and delivery motions.
- Demonstrated enterprise-selling ability, including identifying opportunities, shaping deals, mobilizing account teams, inspecting pipeline, and advancing complex opportunities with sales leadership.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed global organizations and build relationships with alliance leaders, practice executives, field sellers, account leaders, and delivery teams.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $210,000–$275,625.
