Senior Sales Engineer, Enterprise
The Senior Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise to enterprise customers, lead presentations and proof-of-value engagements, and help align data replication solutions with complex business needs. German proficiency and at least five years of sales engineering, data replication, or related technical experience are required.

Responsibilities
- Work with Enterprise customers to understand their business, use cases, and data replication requirements.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences.
- Run an organized proof-of-value process and ensure the technical win throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Sales representatives and cross-functional organizations while maintaining customer focus and technical excellence.
- Stay current on relevant technologies and industry trends.
- Assist team members with advanced technical or business roadblocks.
Requirements
- Native or professional proficiency in German.
- 5+ years in data replication, sales engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical background in database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication technologies, including hands-on experience.
- Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses, transformation tooling, data catalogs, and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with data replication or ETL tools.
- Experience with self-hosted software applications and supporting infrastructure.
- Hands-on networking experience in cloud and on-premises environments.

- Experience developing partner relationships.
- Expertise in security posture.
- Experience with self-hosted and SaaS software applications.
- Hands-on experience with dbt.
- Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes experience.
