Responsibilities
- Build consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software for an AI recruiting platform.
- Develop features across the interview experience, hiring workflow coordination, data aggregation, and analysis platform.
- Improve interviewer response latency and system performance at scale.
- Fine-tune models to reduce hallucinations and improve interview quality.
- Design and evolve system architecture for growing concurrent usage.
- Integrate with customers’ internal hiring systems.
- Present interview results visually and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team and deliver products that impact people’s careers.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with cloud and DevOps technologies, including Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Knowledge of system architecture.
- Ability to solve complex engineering problems, learn quickly, work with urgency, and collaborate effectively.
