Responsibilities
- Own the experience and product surfaces of Build’s platform, including the workflow builder, interfaces that drive work output, external access gateways, and internal automation.
- Build a workflow builder that enables domain experts to create, edit, and test workflows without engineering involvement.
- Develop platform surfaces used by internal delivery teams to drive work output.
- Build and maintain access gateways through email, Slack, and APIs.
- Treat internal operations as a product, improving coordination, work routing, progress visibility, and feedback loops.
- Own the speed, reliability, and quality of platform surfaces and automation end to end.
