Senior Marketing Campaign Manager

As a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you will lead strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage website optimization, and own paid social initiatives. This role focuses on driving pipeline growth through effective campaign design and channel management, working closely with Go-to-Market, Sales, Product, and Design teams.

About the job

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to manage strategic marketing campaigns and channels at Otter. You'll run multi-channel campaigns from brief to results, manage various website optimization programs, and own paid social - with the expectation that everything you touch is tied to pipeline, not impressions. This role is for someone who thinks strategically about marketing campaign design and channel management. You'll work closely with Go-to-Market, Sales, Product, and Design Stakeholders to build programs that resonate with enterprise buyers.

Your Impact

  • Own multi-channel campaign execution. Take campaign briefs from ICP, message, and goal through full execution across paid, earned, and owned channels, coordinating with any partner channels as needed. Every campaign has a defined audience, a specific message, and a measurable outcome before anything launches.
  • Manage our webinar motion. Build and run Otter's webinar motion end-to-end — from topic selection and speaker coordination through promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up. Every webinar should have a defined ICP, a specific message, and a post-event play that converts registrants into pipeline.
  • Run influencer and partner programs. Work with thought leaders, practitioners, and partner channels to reach Otter's target audience, managing the brief, the relationship, and the results — with clear expectations on how influencer and partner investments drive value.
  • Own email marketing programs. Build and run email programs that move prospects through the funnel — nurture sequences, promotional sends, and campaign-specific emails. Manage our calendar, the segmentation logic, and the performance.
  • Run signal-based outbound programs. Use data providers and product signals to build audience lists and trigger campaign workflows based on real buying intent — product usage, job changes, website activity, and other triggers that indicate readiness. Partner with Marketing Operations on the infrastructure that powers these programs.
  • Write campaign briefs that hold up. Before execution starts, write the brief - goal, core message, ICP, KPIs, buyer trigger, and program mix - obtaining alignment before anything ships.
  • Analyze and report on performance. Own reporting on the programs and channels that you manage. Build dashboards, identify what's working and what's not, and bring a clear point of view on where to invest next - connecting program spend to marketing KPIs.
  • Coordinate execution across the team. Work with Design, Operations, and external agencies to keep programs on track. Manage timelines, surface blockers early, and hold execution quality high across every touchpoint.

We're looking for someone who

  • 5+ years in B2B demand gen or campaign management with direct ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Has managed the full mix of B2B marketing channels, including email, social, outbound programs, and direct mail - and knows how to sequence each within a broader marketing strategy.
  • Has run webinar programs end-to-end, from promotion and execution through post-event follow-up and pipeline measurement.
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce; picks up new tools fast and has the technical range to work across analytics, experimentation, and campaign infrastructure
  • Considers themselves an early AI adopter - using Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools as a genuine force multiplier, not an occasional shortcut.
  • Has owned or contributed to influencer or partner programs in B2B, with a clear sense of how to set expectations and measure impact.
  • Works well in a fast-moving environment with lean resourcing, knowing how to scope, sequence, and execute without needing everything defined upfront.
