Deployment Strategist
Leads enterprise AI deployment strategy from discovery and scoping through prototyping and production, partnering with executives, customers, and Forward Deployed Engineers. Requires technical building experience, Python and LLM proficiency, enterprise integration knowledge, and strong strategic communication.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Global and Regional C-level executives and VPs to assess AI opportunities and prioritize high-impact use cases.
- Lead discovery conversations that identify workflows where AI can create business value.
- Scope use cases by evaluating business impact, technical effort, integrations, data, platform constraints, edge cases, and dependencies.
- Build hands-on prototypes and demos using the platform and AI-powered coding tools to prove value early.
- Coordinate work across active deployments and serve as the customer escalation point and FDE partner.
- Prioritize and sequence use cases across an account.
- Act as the main business-side point of contact for operational and executive stakeholders.
- Translate AI capabilities into actionable business language.
- Travel onsite for kickoffs, mapping sessions, and other key deployment moments.
- Share field feedback with Product and Engineering, including reusable patterns, edge cases, and platform improvements.
Requirements
- Technical depth combined with strategic judgment and a history of building things. Relevant backgrounds include engineering, data science, startup founding, product management, or technical/strategic consulting.
- Comfortable coding, mostly in Python, and using LLMs and AI-powered tools such as Claude Code.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and how AI agents operate within enterprise workflows.
- Ability to identify business value in workflows and translate it into impact, effort, and prioritization terms for C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with executives and operators, including the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Proven ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and drive outcomes.
- Highly independent, ownership-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
