Lead Care Professional
Provides in-home care for older adults, supports new client starts, and guides other caregivers across the Pittsburgh area. Requires at least four years of professional caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and availability for full-time hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, professional care to older adults in their homes.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, companionship, meals, and daily routines.
- Help with new client starts and support transitions to ongoing caregivers.
- Review care plans and visit notes to understand each client’s needs and preferences.
- Provide hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to other caregivers.
- Support clients with dementia care and end-of-life care needs.
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, office staff, and caregivers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional caregiving experience.
- Active CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN credential preferred.
- Open weekday availability and willingness to rotate weekend on-call shifts.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homes.
- Ability to work in varied home environments, including homes with pets, stairs, elevators, or smoking environments.
- Ability to accept short-notice shifts when needed.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including assisting with mobility, transfers, and personal care.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and required assessments.
- Must be available for 60 hours per week to qualify for guaranteed 40 full-time hours.
Compensation and Benefits
- $20.00–$22.00 per hour.
