Senior Product Designer
The Senior Product Designer will shape user-facing experiences for Akur8’s B2B SaaS products, partnering with Product Management and Engineering. The role requires 5+ years of UX experience, strong design-system expertise, frontend code fluency, and experience with AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional design craft across UX/UI design and design operations.
- Solve complex design problems with cross-functional teams.
- Use qualitative and data-driven insights to understand user needs and pain points.
- Maintain a high quality bar for design deliverables aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- Develop high-quality design solutions through design critiques and close team collaboration.
- Define and maintain UX design guidelines across the platform.
- Own the design system end to end, including component architecture in Figma, design tokens, and implementation in the frontend codebase.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to preserve design intent through production.
- Use, maintain, and improve AI-assisted workflows such as Claude, Cursor, or equivalent.
- Manage stakeholders, communicate design decisions, and promote the value of design across the organization.
- Work autonomously and manage time and deliverables effectively.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience.
- Proven experience in B2B UX design and SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and a solid portfolio.
- Experience creating, using, and maintaining design systems and developing components.
- Comfortable reading and modifying frontend code.
- Proven experience using AI coding agents to make targeted interface fixes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
