Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, from discovery through iteration and delivery.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to co-create solutions.
- Use AI tools to accelerate design workflows, research, and prototyping where appropriate.
- Translate ambiguous problems into structured design approaches and outcomes.
- Build and evolve scalable systems, information architecture, and product structures.
- Develop and maintain design systems used by product teams.
- Design external client-facing experiences and internal tools, including CRM and operational platforms.
- Rapidly iterate based on feedback, constraints, and changing business needs.
Requirements
- Strong systems thinking for complex, interconnected products.
- Strong product judgment, prioritization, and problem-framing skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Proactive and self-directed approach.
- Comfort engaging with technical concepts and translating them into scalable design solutions.
- Experience building and evolving design systems used by real teams.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in incorporating them into design workflows.
- Portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, strong structure, rapid iteration, and measurable impact.
