Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for the core patient experience across web and mobile.
- Shape design vision and strategy for the patient platform.
- Apply and help evolve the design system across product surfaces.
- Partner with product and engineering to ship high-quality designs.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analysis.
- Collaborate with the founding designer to maintain a cohesive product experience.
- Use data and user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers as a plus.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with demonstrated impact on user experience and business outcomes.
- Experience contributing to and working within a design system, ideally across multiple product surfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Prototyping skills, including interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong user research experience, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analysis.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving, early-stage environments.
