Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product design for Growth and Promotions, from strategy and exploration through launch and iteration.
  • Turn complex growth and rewards mechanics into intuitive, engaging customer experiences.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Promo Operations, and Creative Marketing.
  • Translate external marketing campaigns into cohesive, optimized in-product experiences.
  • Use customer insights and data to guide experimentation, product decisions, and iteration.
  • Deliver strong interaction design, visual execution, prototyping, and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities beyond the immediate roadmap and help shape future product direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design process and execution across consumer-facing mobile products.
  • Experience using AI as part of a design toolkit for exploration, prototyping, and execution.
  • Strong visual and graphic design skills.
  • Ability to take solutions from concept through execution and communicate design thinking to stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in visual design or art direction.
  • Experience with consumer fintech, prediction, or sports betting products.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting base salary: $150,000–$190,000, plus target equity.
