Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for Growth and Promotions, from strategy and exploration through launch and iteration.
- Turn complex growth and rewards mechanics into intuitive, engaging customer experiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Promo Operations, and Creative Marketing.
- Translate external marketing campaigns into cohesive, optimized in-product experiences.
- Use customer insights and data to guide experimentation, product decisions, and iteration.
- Deliver strong interaction design, visual execution, prototyping, and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities beyond the immediate roadmap and help shape future product direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design process and execution across consumer-facing mobile products.
- Experience using AI as part of a design toolkit for exploration, prototyping, and execution.
- Strong visual and graphic design skills.
- Ability to take solutions from concept through execution and communicate design thinking to stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in visual design or art direction.
- Experience with consumer fintech, prediction, or sports betting products.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting base salary: $150,000–$190,000, plus target equity.
