Responsibilities
- Design dynamic pricing and packaging displays across the funnel, from acquisition through activation and billing.
- Design invoicing and billing experiences on the IBEX platform, including multi-entity billing.
- Build and improve internal tools such as the Promo Engine and Product Catalog for Growth, Marketing, Accounting, Sales, and Expansion Sales teams.
- Define the target-state UX vision for multi-channel messaging orchestration across email, sales, and in-product/AI surfaces.
- Establish platform-versus-channel design boundaries and standardize how AI-driven messaging is structured, sequenced, and represented.
- Drive holistic service design across internal support workflows and customer experiences involving pricing, billing, and messaging.
- Lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional partners to create end-to-end solutions across multiple surfaces.
- Contribute to Gusto’s design system and create scalable, consistent patterns across internal and external experiences.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to validate decisions and refine designs through iteration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems-level design, internal tooling, and customer-facing product surfaces.
- Experience designing complex, data-rich products, particularly in B2B SaaS with interconnected offerings.
- Experience balancing the needs of internal users and external customers.
- Fluency in UX best practices, UI design, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
- Strong service design capabilities and ability to simplify complex systems across touchpoints and organizations.
- Experience designing cohesive multi-channel systems spanning email, sales, and in-product/AI surfaces.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to lead through influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead ambiguous 0-to-1 work while developing long-term vision and executing near-term milestones.
- Passion for improving internal systems through intuitive, scalable design.

- Experience with Figma, Amplitude, and FullStory.
- Experience using mixed-methods research to inform design.

Compensation
- Denver: $147,000-$183,000 per year.
- San Francisco and New York: $177,000-$222,000 per year.
- Full-time employees receive benefits and equity.
