About the role
Responsibilities
Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
Translate complex enterprise customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable implementations.
Develop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) showcasing technical capabilities.
Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry Collector design.
Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
Partner with Product Management to provide technical insights that influence roadmap and feature priorities.
Requirements
Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex observability concepts to engineers and executives.
Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs that demonstrate business value.
Collaborative approach across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
