About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own customer onboarding end to end: land in customer environments, scope integrations, and get customers to production quickly.
  • Work hands-on with real customer data to build integrations and solve blockers to go-live.
  • Run technical discovery to diagnose extraction or pipeline issues and distinguish usage problems, bugs, and product gaps.
  • Turn successful launches into adoption and expansion while partnering with the revenue team on team targets.
  • Serve as the trusted technical voice during rollouts and bring field learnings back to product and engineering.
  • Determine when to solve problems independently and when to involve engineering.

Requirements

  • Experience in implementation, forward-deployed, solutions, or customer-facing engineering, ideally for a developer, API, or AI infrastructure product.
  • Ability to read code, use APIs, and build real integrations.
  • Experience taking customers from signed contract to live production, including the technical work required for rollout.
  • Ability to distinguish user error, bugs, and genuine product gaps before building solutions.
  • Ability to translate between technical details and business value.
  • Fast, execution-oriented approach focused on shipping working integrations against real data.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $180,000–$240,000 OTE, depending on experience.
