Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and enable technical solutions deployment.
Develop in-depth understanding of Ema’s technology and architectures.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Execute successful PoCs with customers.
Design and architect solutions aligning with business goals and seamless integration.
Drive project teams to accelerate adoption of Ema’s solutions.
Demonstrate solution value through demos, PoCs, workshops, design sessions, and implementation.
Help transition solutions from PoC to production.
Understand customer cloud/on-prem environments and translate needs into productionizable solutions.
Manage customer problems through diagnosis, resolution, or new tools.
Create repeatable processes and maintain technical documentation (architectures, integration guides, best practices).
Act as consultant for internal engineering, sales, and product teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years as Solutions Architect/Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineer, or similar technical pre-sales role.
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
Solid experience with solution design, architecture, and integration.
Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies.
Foundational hire to build Professional Services function at UpGuard. Lead complex enterprise SaaS deployments and integrations while designing repeatable methodologies, SOPs, and best practices for scaling the global team. Requires 5+ years in SaaS implementation or solutions architecture with large enterprise clients.
