Business Travel Consultant - Out of Hours
Provides out-of-hours business travel support for customers in Portugal, handling air, rail, hotel, and car bookings through customer service channels. Requires 5+ years of travel consulting experience, 3+ years with a GDS, fluent English, and comfort with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities
- Provide travel support via chat, calls, and email.
- Maintain current knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and systems.
- Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences.
- Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings accurately.
- Guide customers through self-service options on the Navan platform and app.
- Respond promptly while meeting SLA expectations.
- Follow company and customer policies and global compliance requirements.
- Provide stakeholders with feedback on goal progress and key processes.
- Participate in team meetings covering products, suppliers, and industry updates.
- Stay current on travel industry best practices.
- Maintain attendance, complete assigned training, and meet performance metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a travel consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings.
- 3+ years of experience with a GDS; Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in a contact center or other customer-facing role.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts Monday through Sunday, including hours covering US time zones.
- Able to multitask, resolve urgent matters quickly, and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Empathetic, professional, and an excellent verbal and written communicator.

Compensation and Benefits
