Responsibilities
- Provide travel support through chat, calls, and email.
- Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences.
- Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings accurately.
- Guide customers through self-service options on the Navan platform and app.
- Meet response-time and SLA expectations.
- Maintain current knowledge of suppliers, destinations, systems, and travel-industry best practices.
- Follow company and customer policies and global compliance requirements.
- Share feedback with product, design, engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings covering products, suppliers, and industry updates.
- Complete assigned training and meet attendance and performance expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a travel consultant handling air, rail, and hotel bookings.
- 3+ years of experience with a GDS such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Experience in a contact center or other customer-facing role.
- Comfortable using Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Availability for rotating shifts Monday through Sunday between 7 AM and 11 PM.
- Ability to multitask, resolve urgent matters quickly, troubleshoot independently, and communicate empathetically and professionally in writing and verbally.
