Member Services Associate, Travel & Lifestyle

Provides high-touch, real-time support for complex luxury travel and lifestyle requests, coordinating bookings and external partners for discerning members. Requires 2–4 years of luxury travel, concierge, or lifestyle-management experience, strong global travel knowledge, discretion, and excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of travel and lifestyle requests, including luxury hotels, resorts, private villas, commercial flights, private aviation, dining reservations, events, exclusive experiences, ground transportation, and complex logistics.
  • Provide high-touch member support via chat with clear communication and strong follow-through.
  • Use internal systems and third-party tools to ensure bookings are accurate, confirmed, and executed flawlessly.
  • Represent the Atlas brand through premium tone, taste, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate member needs, identify service patterns and feedback, and escalate insights to improve workflows and service quality.
  • Coordinate with hotels, concierge partners, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders for seamless handoffs.
  • Contribute to SOPs, macros, and internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end lifestyle management.
  • Experience managing complex, personalized itineraries and high-stakes requests with minimal oversight.
  • Strong global travel knowledge, including top-tier hotels, dining, transportation, and cultural destinations.
  • Excellent written communication and a client-first mindset.
  • High discretion and comfort handling sensitive member information.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple live requests and shifting priorities.
  • Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. EST, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Calm judgment under pressure, ownership, attention to detail, collaboration, and operational rigor.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo for commercial air booking and ticketing changes.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, CRM systems, or internal case-management platforms.
  • Existing relationships with luxury hospitality brands such as Aman, Rosewood, Belmond, or Six Senses.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $65,000–$70,000 USD annually.
