Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Associates in a player-coach capacity, supporting delivery against goals and mentoring subject-matter expertise.
- Manage operational performance to deliver KPIs.
- Manage capacity and scheduling, including dividing and assigning work among team members.
- Ensure the team has the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Set clear goals and expectations for individual and team performance.
- Foster continuous improvement of team processes and procedures.
