About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own customer support, talking with customers daily, hearing issues, and solving problems.
  • Own new farm onboarding, deployment, and implementation to seamlessly integrate technology.
  • Execute and build customer training procedures.
  • Develop relationships with internal sales team, service partners, and field operations teams.
  • Host regular check-ins to ensure continued success, proactively identify issues, and provide feedback to engineering.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer-centric communication skills.
  • Prior experience in agriculture and agtech with deep understanding of farmers' operations.
  • Resilient, innovative problem-solver who delivers results under ambiguity.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities for managing priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical topics to customers.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 1/3 time) to customer farms in California and Washington.
  • Experience with ERP systems and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to coordinate across stakeholders in large organizations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary $105,000 - $145,000.
