About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer story pipeline end-to-end: source customers, run interviews, draft narratives, and ship in formats like written case studies, videos, executive spotlights, conference talks, and podcasts.
  • Build reference and advocacy programs to equip sales with relevant references and provide customers paths to speak, write, and represent LangChain.
  • Activate customers for key moments: product launches, events, analyst briefings, keynote stages, and press.
  • Turn customer stories into pipeline via talk tracks, account-specific references, customer-led webinars, and proof points.
  • Partner with field and community marketing on customer events like founder dinners, roundtables, executive meetups, and workshops.
  • Build voice-of-customer feedback loop, synthesizing insights for product, PMM, and comms.
  • Measure impact: customer-influenced pipeline, references delivered, stories produced, advocacy participation.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer-led content marketing, owning end-to-end customer story motion.
  • Experience building or rebuilding reference, advocacy, or customer-champion programs that sales uses.
  • Strong writing skills to turn technical interviews into compelling stories for technical buyers and executives.
  • Comfort with technical customers (engineers, AI/ML teams); ability to discuss agent architectures, evals, deployment patterns.
  • Bias toward shipping quickly with quality; curiosity about customer agent builds.
  • Strong cross-functional partner (sales, PMM, comms, product, CS).
  • Use of AI tools in workflow.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience marketing developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure to technical audiences.
  • Launch motions including early access, beta cohorts.
  • Multi-format production: video, podcasts, conference coaching.
  • Familiarity with LLM/agent developer ecosystem.
  • Experience with startup and enterprise segments.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + equity
