About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive account retention by managing retention plans, identifying risks, and executing renewal strategies.
  • Fuel account expansion by identifying opportunities and building business cases to demonstrate value.
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders including HR leaders and decision-makers.
  • Deliver consultative solutions by analyzing client goals and pain points to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales, preferably in Digital Health, Benefits, or Healthcare SaaS.
  • Experience with musculoskeletal (MSK) or digital health solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving retention or expansion outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise clients in a high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with Gainsight and account planning tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
