Responsibilities

  • Deliver substantial ARR growth with alliance partners using marketing, channel sales, and account management
  • Build and execute alliance growth plans for ARR generation
  • Lead QBRs, pipeline reviews, and business planning
  • Support retro studies and pre-sales processes
  • Host partner enablement sessions
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support technical integrations based on best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years in channel sales or alliances in fintech, SaaS, or identity/fraud
  • Proven track record exceeding quota
  • Grit to handle ambiguity
  • Deep understanding of co-selling, deal registration, partner pipeline management
  • Enthusiasm for multiple hats
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, presentation skills
  • Ability to partner with product/engineering for technical solutions
  • Deep knowledge of financial services account opening/underwriting

Compensation

$230,000-$250,000 OTE + equity + benefits
