Workplace Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of EliseAI's New York headquarters.
• Monitor Slack, email, office request forms, and other intake channels; prioritize, communicate, and resolve requests.
• Partner with Workplace Operations leadership, People Operations, IT, and other teams on workplace initiatives, onboarding, workplace technology, and operational needs.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and help design, implement, and improve workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain documentation, build repeatable processes, and operationalize workplace programs.
• Coordinate workplace projects, action items, timelines, and operational priorities; escalate blockers proactively.
• Assist with procurement, purchasing, invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative workflows.
• Prepare workstations, coordinate equipment, and support employee onboarding with IT and People Operations.
• Manage office inventory, supplies, snacks, beverages, and company swag.
• Coordinate workstation deployments, office moves, workplace technology rollouts, and meeting room readiness with IT.
• Conduct workplace walkthroughs to identify maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
• Support hospitality, office events, and employee experience initiatives.
• Maintain a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to workplace operations.
