Regional Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across EMEA.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between company and partner teams.
  • Lead outbound sales activities to identify and target strategic and regional partners in EMEA.
  • Track and measure partnership initiative success.
  • Source, qualify, and close new partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new partners.
  • Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads, prioritizing high-potential new-business opportunities.
  • Organize reseller roadshows with partner and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and go-to-market teams to close opportunities.
  • Establish productive relationships with marketing for regional partner marketing.
  • Maintain working knowledge of products, services, and competitive advantages.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and communicate forecast changes early.
  • Deliver growth targets for each partner.
  • Contribute to partner-program improvements.
  • Provide forecasts and recommendations for partner relationships.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot account records for managed partners.
  • Negotiate standard contract elements and escalate contract-related issues.
  • Address go-to-market sales priorities with sales leadership.
  • Manage channel conflicts toward positive outcomes.
  • Execute partner plans for revenue growth.
  • Travel as required and work flexible, partner-time-zone-dependent hours.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful partnering sales experience.
  • Understanding of selling habits unique to specific regions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all business levels, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize work across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Proven experience developing partners for software or technology sales.
  • Strong presentation skills and a collaborative communication style.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Skilled internal and external conflict resolution.
  • University degree.
  • Quota-carrying experience.

Compensation and Benefits
