Full-Stack Engineer
Build and own full-stack healthcare AI product features across React/TypeScript frontends and Python/FastAPI backend services. The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong relational database skills, and experience building AI agents.

Responsibilities
- Own product features end-to-end, from design through production.
- Build user-facing experiences with React and TypeScript.
- Design and ship backend services with Python and FastAPI.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software.
- Participate in code reviews and help shape engineering practices.
- Improve testing, CI/CD, observability, and development processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Python, FastAPI or similar frameworks, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience designing schemas and writing complex SQL against relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Clear written and verbal English communication.
- Meaningful overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.
- Experience building AI agents.
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech.
- Security-minded approach to software design.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform.
- Familiarity with Redis, queueing systems, or other modern production infrastructure.
- Experience working in ambiguous, early-stage environments with significant ownership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range of $150,000–$180,000.
