Responsibilities
- Help existing healthcare providers maximize performance and experience on the platform.
- Conduct client meetings to understand practice goals and pain points, driving feature adoption, utilization, retention, and bookings.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, establish trust, and handle challenging conversations and objections.
- Advise practices on products and features, make tailored recommendations, and improve account setup and performance.
- Lead provider meetings to deepen partnerships, drive patient bookings, and encourage new feature adoption.
- Manage time and prioritize accounts for consistent client outreach.
- Balance sales conversations with project management and collaborate with local sales and internal teams.
- Use data-driven, consultative decision-making and incorporate feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in sales development, business development, customer success, or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, resolve issues, and work effectively in a dynamic startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay: $30.29–$34 USD.
