Head of LATAM Marketing

Owns the end-to-end LATAM marketing motion for an applied AI company, spanning demand generation, events, partner programs, ABM, and localized messaging. The role requires 5–10 years of enterprise B2B GTM experience, multilingual fluency, and the ability to market complex technical products to enterprise and developer audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing for key LATAM regions, including Brazil and Mexico, across brand presence, demand generation, partner marketing, events, and customer case studies.
  • Adapt global programs and build local initiatives where needed.
  • Partner with LATAM sales and account teams to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities and target accounts.
  • Own vertical account-based marketing strategy and run targeted campaigns grounded in customer outcomes.
  • Localize positioning and messaging with product marketing.
  • Lead the LATAM events strategy, including owned events and third-party sponsorships.
  • Build and own the partner marketing motion with resellers, systems integrators, global systems integrators, and platform partners.
  • Develop joint go-to-market programs, including co-branded campaigns, partner-led events, solution briefs, and field enablement.
  • Track and report pipeline contribution and marketing performance for the region.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B go-to-market, including meaningful LATAM marketing experience.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Experience across demand generation, field marketing, partner marketing, and events.
  • Experience building and executing partner marketing programs with resellers, SIs, GSIs, and platform alliances.
  • Strong operational ability and comfort working independently in an environment with limited definition.
  • Ability to translate complex technical products, including AI and developer tools, into messaging for enterprise buyers and technical audiences.
  • Collaborative, low-ego working style.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in developer tools, AI/ML, or engineering productivity platforms.
  • Experience at a company with a services-plus-product model, such as one involving forward-deployed engineers, professional services, or solutions engineering.
  • Existing relationships with Brazil systems integrators and resellers.
