About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success by advising Fortune 500 defense companies on transforming their capture process using firsthand expertise.
  • Champion product adoption: lead onboardings, pilots, and enterprise rollouts at major defense primes with customer deployment teams.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the user, bridging product, government contracting workflows, customer deployments, product roadmaps, and engineering priorities.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience with government contracts, budget tracking, proposal writing, lobbying, etc.
  • Experience at a prime contractor or government consultant, understanding end-to-end processes for how defense companies win new business.
  • Familiarity with how BD/Capture people think.
  • Tech-forward mindset: daily AI usage, excitement to implement frontier technology in legacy defense enterprises (no coding required).
