About the role
Responsibilities
Own RSA's Governance & Lifecycle positioning and narrative across market messaging, field tools, and external content for CISO, identity governance, and audit and compliance buyers.
Build messaging architecture, buyer personas, and buyer journeys for the Governance & Lifecycle portfolio.
Run competitive intelligence, maintain win/loss insight, and develop competitive responses and field guidance.
Lead go-to-market activities for product launches, coordinating messaging, packaging, sales, demand generation, and public relations.
Partner with Product to translate the roadmap into market narratives and shape pricing and packaging.
Build and personally deliver sales training and certification, including playbooks, discovery guides, talk tracks, demo narratives, objection handling, and competitive battle cards.
Develop relationships with Gartner and other industry analysts.
Engage customers to understand governance and lifecycle needs and identify risks and opportunities.
Work with field CTOs to craft and present Governance & Lifecycle stories to customers and partners.
Create solution briefs, datasheets, demo videos, website copy, landing pages, and other customer-facing content.
Develop thought leadership and serve as a public voice on identity governance and compliance.
Build case studies, references, and customer stories.
Strong command of product marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, personas, segmentation, launches, competitive intelligence, pricing and packaging input, and enablement.
Demonstrated ability to create positioning and content used by sellers and valued by buyers.
Experience in B2B security or enterprise software, preferably identity governance, IGA, or identity and access management.
Proven ability to build and deliver sales training and certification that improves seller confidence, adoption, and win rate.
Working knowledge of access certification, separation of duties, joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle processes, and audit, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
Competitive judgment and ability to develop differentiated positioning against established competitors.
Ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor and produce positioning and content quickly.
AI-first approach to working with modern buyers and sellers.
