About the role
Responsibilities
Own RSA's AI positioning and narrative end to end, including market messaging, field tools, and external content for Chief AI Officer and CISO buyers.
Build messaging architecture, buyer personas, and buyer journeys for the AI portfolio.
Run competitive intelligence for the AI portfolio, track IAM competitors' AI strategies, maintain win/loss insight, and improve positioning.
Lead go-to-market for AI product launches across messaging, packaging, sequencing, product, demand generation, sales, and public relations.
Partner with product teams to translate the roadmap into market stories and shape pricing and packaging.
Build relationships with AI industry analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others.
Engage customers to understand current needs and identify emerging opportunities.
Work with field CTOs to craft and present RSA's AI stories to customers and partners.
Create sales enablement materials, including battle cards, demo narratives, talk tracks, short-form video, competitive responses, training, and certification.
Develop customer-facing assets such as solution briefs, datasheets, demo videos, website copy, and landing pages.
Develop AI security thought leadership, including point-of-view pieces, contributed bylines, and conference keynote narratives.
Build case studies, references, and customer stories demonstrating RSA's AI capabilities.
Measure content usage, pipeline influence, competitive win rate, and analyst standing, and optimize accordingly.
Requirements
Command of product marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, personas, segmentation, product launches, competitive intelligence, pricing and packaging input, and sales enablement.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to execute personally as a senior individual contributor.
Track record of producing positioning and content that sellers use and buyers respond to.
Experience in B2B security or enterprise software preferred.
Meaningful experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence and identity and access management.
Understanding of AI buying decisions across Chief AI Officer, CISO, and IT stakeholders.
Familiarity with governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks relevant to an AI-first environment.
Clear point of view on differentiated AI positioning and the ability to produce it quickly.
AI-first approach to reaching and engaging modern buyers.
