Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A
The Senior Financial Analyst will support FP&A through financial modeling, forecasting, dashboard development, process automation, spend analysis, and strategic reporting. The role requires at least five years of FP&A experience plus hands-on Anaplan and Tableau expertise.

Responsibilities
- Build automation and scalability for financial reports, dashboards, systems, and processes.
- Analyze financial data to uncover trends and performance drivers.
- Recommend operational improvements using data-driven insights.
- Provide data support for accruals, capitalization, and month-end processes.
- Build budget-versus-actual dashboards with actionable insights.
- Monitor spend data to identify and report cost efficiencies.
- Ensure purchase orders align with budgets and financial policies.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis to support strategic financial decisions.
Requirements
- Work from the Bangalore office up to three times per week or as needed.
- Flexibility to support teams across Pacific Time hours when required.
- 5+ years of experience working in FP&A.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan model building and Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise using Excel, Google Sheets, and Anaplan.
- Proficiency building and presenting data-driven stories using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining precision.
- Comfort challenging current processes and proposing system-based improvements or automation.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Apps Script, Excel VBA, Python, AI applications, Claude Code, Gemini, and other automation tools.
- Experience in a high-growth global high-tech, software, or SaaS organization.
