Responsibilities
- Drive customer value, adoption, sponsorship, and value realization across a portfolio of accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
- Establish Centres of Excellence and coach customers toward self-service value journeys.
- Manage strategic partners and coordinate account activities to improve customer health.
- Lead scalable 1:N programs, including value bootcamps, sprint motions, proof-of-value development, value sprints, and asset or innovation deployments.
- Build stakeholder trust across technical users, executives, customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain cross-industry fluency and apply industry best practices across accounts.
- Develop AI-orchestrated account plans and AI-powered solution designs.
- Use programmatic content, industry briefs, and customer presentations to manage the portfolio efficiently.
- Monitor portfolio health, renewal risks, adoption signals, value realization, and expansion opportunities with AI-driven tools.
- Deploy automated value reports and strategic nudges that empower customers to achieve business outcomes.
- Use copilots and intelligent agents to produce technical outputs and accelerate workflows.
- Partner with internal technical teams on complex builds.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of programmatic execution experience, including end-to-end post-sales customer journeys and value realization across a customer portfolio.
- Broad industry and domain expertise, with the ability to identify process-improvement opportunities and transfer best practices across industries.
- High AI and technical fluency, including experience using copilots and intelligent agents.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with technical users and C-level executives.
- Experience hosting webinars, leading cohort enablement, and driving community engagement.
- Native-level German proficiency for customer workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
- Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or comparable technical degree; alternatively, a Business or Economics degree with a technical minor.
