Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CSO to define, prioritize, and drive the company’s strategic roadmap
- Translate high-level strategy into clear plans, goals, and execution frameworks
- Lead strategic planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly priorities, and executive reviews
- Track progress against strategic initiatives and proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
- Support the evaluation, launch, and scaling of new product lines or market verticals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform go-to-market decisions
- Serve as a point person to ensure alignment between strategy, product, and go-to-market teams
- Prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings, board discussions, and external stakeholders
- Step in as an owner and operator on critical initiatives as needed

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a strategic role within a high-growth startup
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution
- Proven success driving operational excellence—building systems for planning, accountability, and performance management
- Exceptional communication and influence skills; comfortable working across executive and functional teams
- High ownership and bias for action: proactive, resourceful, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves
- Thrives in ambiguity, loves solving hard problems, and brings energy and clarity to complexity
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $175,000 - $250,000
