- Diagnose business problems, frame options, and recommend paths forward
- Design growth experiments and analyze results (funnels, cohorts, attribution)
- Build operating rhythms, dashboards, or lightweight systems that scale a team
- Leverage AI tooling to automate workflows, create leverage, or increase quality
Requirements
- MBA, Master’s, or graduate student (or recent grad) looking for operating experience
- Strong at structuring problems and communicating clearly to stakeholders
- Comfortable moving fast, collaborating cross-functionally, and shipping practical work
- Fluent in AI tools and modern experimentation workflows
- Based in LA (or able to be on-site some of the time)
Nice-to-Haves
- High-agency with sharp thinking, strong judgment, and ability to turn ambiguity into momentum
- Ability to form a point of view quickly, test it in the real world, and iterate toward impact
Compensation / Benefits
- Part-time internship (11-12 weeks), with potential to extend
- Hybrid (HQ in Santa Monica preferred)
