Implementation Manager
Implementation Manager building client relationships and translating private equity fund accounting experience into product requirements for fund management software. Requires 5+ years of private equity fund accounting experience and an accounting/finance degree.

Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, including their CFOs and Controllers
- Plan onboarding and roll-out process for new fund managers; evaluate product enhancements
- Analyze private equity client needs and key requirements to help prioritize the product roadmap
- Work with product managers, engineers, and clients to develop the product to solve client requirements
- Implement the most complicated fund and investment structures to test functionality and discover product fixes and enhancements
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in accounting for private equity funds (hands-on experience at a private equity firm a plus)
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance (accounting preferred); CPA accreditation a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable presenting to clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledgeable in fund accounting systems (Yardi, Investran, etc.)
- Experience with investment structures and financial statements
- Heightened attention to detail for translating private fund structures and calculations into flexible software solutions
