Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end user-facing features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies for CX compliance agent platforms.
- Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations.
- Drive cross-functional outcomes with product, design, security, data, and engineering teams.
- Own technical architecture decisions and implement scalable, high-traffic services across event-driven and distributed systems.
- Mentor engineers on design techniques, coding standards, testing practices, and deployment processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of production software engineering experience building large-scale systems with Golang, React, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Experience integrating third-party vendor APIs and SaaS platforms into production systems.
- Proficiency with distributed-systems patterns, including rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with observability and reliability tooling, including metrics, logging, tracing, and production debugging.
- Working knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, SQL or NoSQL databases, and ETL pipelines.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight and human-in-the-loop practices.
- Experience with generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, or Glean.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: R$341.240–R$359.200 BRL.
- Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
