Responsibilities
- Lead internal product development for Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering teams by identifying bottlenecks and building high-leverage tools.
- Architect and scale the Scout internal platform across the full stack.
- Build React frontends, NestJS backends, and integrations with CRM, data warehouse, and communications platforms.
- Use AI development agents to write, review, and ship production code.
- Scope ambiguous business needs, design solutions, and deliver internal tools end to end.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a senior or staff-level full-stack engineer in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience building scalable backend services; NestJS preferred.
- Experience designing GraphQL APIs with code-first resolvers.
- Strong database fundamentals with ORMs such as Sequelize and PostgreSQL.
- Experience writing integration tests against real databases.
- Comfort working in a modern DevOps environment with feature flags, rigorous testing, and observability.
- Experience with AI development workflows and tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
