About the role

What You'll Do

  • Own the customer support queue end to end: triage, reproduce, fix, ship, close.
  • Write code daily in TypeScript and Python: small fixes, integration tweaks, SDK patches.
  • Run the bridge between customers and engineering: file GitHub issues, advocate for priorities, fix issues yourself when possible.
  • Jump into pre-sales conversations to unblock prospects technically and feed friction back into product.
  • Write public docs and troubleshooting guides for recurring issues.
  • Own customer health for supported accounts and dogfood Composio to automate triage and runbooks.

Must Haves

  • Core technical/developer support experience at dev tools, infra, or API company.
  • Ship production code; read stack traces, curl requests, logs to find bugs.
  • Customer-facing: run live debugging calls, mix of support, sales-adjacent, customer success.
  • AI native: built with language models, use LLMs for triage/repro/fixes.
  • Strong writing: explain complex ideas clearly; build trust.

Optional

  • Backend/full stack engineering background pivoted to customer-facing (or vice versa).
  • Prior on-call rotation.
  • Contributions to major open source projects.
  • Started companies or built large side projects.
