Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound affiliate-related support issues by email and phone.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of affiliate programs and related processes.
  • Provide customer and technical support by listening, understanding issues, and solving problems.
  • Implement technical components for clients setting up new partners and maintain technical components for existing partners.
  • Communicate and escalate appropriately across teams to meet client needs.
  • Provide user stories to the software development team for product improvements.
  • Contribute to help documentation.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Improve existing processes and introduce approaches that contribute to client success.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $20.50–$30.75 per hour, plus 10% bonus potential.
