Build full-stack growth, ecosystem, and monetization systems that improve activation, retention, distribution, discovery, and revenue for Lovable and apps built on its platform. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong product and UX judgment, and expertise in experimentation and analytics.

Responsibilities
- Build and iterate activation, monetization, and retention experiences that create repeatable value and turn first-time users into long-term users.
- Build distribution rails for user apps, including SEO and performance, shareable moments, social previews, email and lifecycle journeys, and other growth hooks.
- Ship marketplace and ecosystem features for publishing, discovering, and reusing apps, templates, components, and services.
- Build profiles, reviews, and matching between builders and customers.
- Design and implement monetization and pricing flows, including payments, subscriptions, access control, plans, paywalls, billing integrations, and revenue-share models.
- Build analytics and experimentation foundations, including events, funnels, attribution, and A/B tests.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, partnerships, and support to launch and grow product and ecosystem surfaces.
- Maintain a high-quality user experience while making growth a core product engine.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and growing user-facing products in high-performing teams, ideally including growth work, marketplaces, platforms, or communities.
- Strong product sense and UX judgment for multi-sided systems involving creators, learners, and customers.
- Experience using data, funnels, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing to guide product development and iteration.
- Skilled at designing, measuring, and iterating experiments.
- Experience collaborating across design, marketing, partnerships, support, and data functions.
- Pragmatic, detail-oriented approach to reusable growth, ecosystem, and monetization tools.
- Motivation to help users succeed and measure impact through engagement, results, and revenue.
